Listed below are considered bisaya swear or bad words though like any other languages, these bad words can be use in a playful or dagrading. It depends on how it is delivered, the facial expression and tone of the voice. So be careful how you say it and who you say it to.

1) Buang / Boang – which means silly or crazy. This is a most common bad word usually used when someone is angry or just plain expression. This is usually coupled with other bad words.

Examples:
“Ikawng buaanga ka” – You bastard!
“Ka boang” – what a silly thing done
“Binuang” or “Binuang ra” – nah, I’m just kidding

4. Yawa (adjective) – b) refers to some amazing act, from the bisaya word “Kuyawa” means “dangerous” or “amazing”.
