Bisdak Words

Kinahidlaman means from the bottom of one’s heart.

Indiyan Pana means cross bow in bisaya or simply bow.

In bisaya, “Gi-indiyan” o “indyan” means, somebody didn’t showed up. This word is opposite of “mi-tumaw”. Related word “Indiyan Pana”.

Similar to “mitumaw”, mipatim-aw means, show up. Another casual term is “mitunga”, “nagpakita”. Opposite is “gi-indiyan”.

From the word “tumaw” usually used as verb, “mitumaw” (or mi-tumaw), means, appeared, show up. See also, mipatim-aw.

Sagubang in bisaya means current undertaking, face or confront the burden. E.g Siya ang nagsagubang sa mga bayranan. (He is the one burdened with the monthly bills.)

Tahas in bisaya means, a mission, a certain task that needs to be accomplished or completed.

Hudyaka means happy, a celebration. Opposite is Bakho.
