Refers to irregular breathing due to blockage of air in the nose. Like someone who have colds.
Hawsiao (or haosiao or hawsiaw), evolved bisaya language which means a person or people with no direction or against the common norm. Another common term “latagaw” (ug pangutok), “ga -lawgaw”.
Tagam in bisaya means learned a hard lesson. “Da! tagam lagi” is a common expression saying to someone for misdeeds. “Da mayra, tagam lagi” or “Da! Mirisi”.
From the root word “lawgaw”- messing around, messing up the scenario. E.g Galawgaw ra man ning tawhana (This person is messing up the show)
