Bisdak Words

Amigo or migo in short is what bisaya call each other which basically means my friend.

Panid means page, chapter or phase. “Sunod nga panid” means next chapter or episode. See also pahina.

Pahina of a book, this means, a page. See also Panid.

Amoroso in bisaya means not favorable event which lead to delinquency or loss.

Adapted from tagalog word, lamon means to eat a lot. “Lamon lang ng lamon.” Opposite is “timo”.

Timo means to have a light meal, eat a little or snacks.

“Daitol” means touch a small part, like a knife pointed near the side (of the body). Related bisaya term is “Dul-it”.

Eskina or iskina or just skina means street corner, an alley.
