1) Tunga (as Tungà) means middle, midway, halfway, half, divide into two
Sample:Tunga ta anang chocolate ha (Let’s divide the chocolate into two)
2) There is also same word pronounced differently Tunga (as Tungá) which means to surface above water, emerge.
Sample:Taasa ug utong oi, dugay mo-tunga (Can hold the breath long, takes minutes to emerge)
Also used Tunga (as Tungá) like meeting someone, to meet up, show up
Sample:Dugay ko kamata, maong wa ko katunga sa meeting (I wake up late, I wasn’t able to show up in the meeting)
